CyberCity Teleservices (formerly G-Com)

As far as I know, G-Com (now CyberCity Teleservices) is the first call center to ever operate here in Davao City. They specialize in customer service and catalog accounts wherein customers call in to place their orders. Their clients are some of the largest catalog companies in the United States. I heard also, though, that they only employ women. So I guess for males out there, this isn't for you.

Callbox, Inc.

Operating in Landco Corporate Towers, Callbox is one of the fastest-growing call centers here in Davao City. They are focused more on telemarketing and selling (more on outbound, from what I have deduced) and their location is great (since it is in the heart of the city and is accessible to all). So, for people who think that selling is their forte, this is the right call center to get hired in and be able to pursue career growth in!

Synnex-Concentrix (formerly Link2Support)

Link2Support (now Synnex-Concentrix) is perhaps the most well-known among the call centers here in Davao City. The fact that they are the first among the big call centers who placed a stake here is probably the reason why. They are now expanding and are specializing in technical support (so techies out there, this is probably your niche).

Western Wats Davao

When Western Wats came into the call center scene here in Davao City, a lot of people are clamoring to apply as an agent there since it is one of the top players in the call center industry in Cebu. Also, their location at the 4th floor of the NCCC Mall is very ideal (who doesn't like going to the mall everyday, right?).

Sutherland Davao

When Sutherland came to Davao, it created a big splash in the call center industry in Davao. It is one of the key BPO players who first started the call center trend in the city. It hired hundreds of agents, giving Davaoeños (young and old alike) more opportunities to hone their skills.
